What’s the difference between the VCS Onsite and VCS Collect and Return Service?

If you choose to get your VCS mobile repair or laptop repair service ‘Onsite’, we will arrive at your doorstep on time, along with all the equipment needed to get the job done. If you choose the VCS ‘Collect and Return’ service, we’ll send a trusted courier pick-up to collect your tech items, who will then take it to the service center. The courier service will then return the item to you after the online mobile repair and maintenance service is completed.

Can the VCS or courier come to my office or a different address?

For sure! We can go to your home, office – anywhere. Tell us where you need us to be, and we’ll be there to provide you with the best in class PC setup, Network setup services, and PABX telephone system solutions.

I've changed my mind, how do I cancel a repair service request?

Under any circumstances, you can feel free to cancel a service request for a service such as desktop repair, if we have not yet begun working on the service. Plans tend to change and we want to give you the peace of mind when using VCS when you change your mind. You can email us with the subject line ‘Cancellation Request’ and details of your service request in the email. The VCS support team will be notified immediately and will approve the service cancellation request.

When do I pay up?

You only pay after your VCS tech service has been completed.

Is payment secure?

Our payment system is extremely secure. All payments on the checkout page are processed through secure SSL connections to encrypt credit card numbers and customer account information. We use 3-D Secure which recreates the high level of security of a physical payment environment by requesting payment authentication. I'm unhappy with the VCS service I received. What should I do?
